It happened at around 11:20AM on the Harris-Bushville Road.
Sources tell YWN that the driver swerved to avoid a vehicle which had crossed the double-yellow lines – directly into his lane.

Officials are investigating how two workers performing a routine power line inspection north of New York City died by electrocution.
Orange and Rockland Utilities officials say the two men, who were not identified, were working Monday in a rural area about 45 miles (70 kilometers) north of the city.

Upstate Law Enforcement Professionals Honored for Summer Season Community Partnership
In a spontaneous show of appreciation, community leaders gathered to recognize several upstate New York law enforcement agencies for their tireless efforts that keep summer vacationers and campers safe.
The search for Reb Dovid Traube, a father of 7, who went missing in Greenwood Lake, was relaunched on Monday morning.
Search crews had gathered at the lake at around 6:00AM, to begin their joint efforts in locating Reb Dovid.
