As YWN readers are aware, there was a court hearing yesterday on the yeshiva’s and other private school’s request for a injunction of the new State Education Department guidelines.
While the judge did not issue a ruling from the bench, yesterday’s hearing made it absolutely clear why an injunction is necessary, and why we can not allow the State to control our mosdos hatorah.

In what can only be described as unprecedented, over five hundred doctors representing numerous Jewish communities across North America , signed a letter confirming the need for all children and healthy adults to get immunized according to the CDC schedule.

The NYPD is asking the public’s assistance identifying the suspect in the attached surveillance video and photo wanted for questioning in regard to multiple burglaries of Williamsburg Shuls.
Incident # 1:
On Shabbos, February 9, 2019 at 2:30AM, an unidentified male entered a Shul at 27 Lee Avenue through an unsecured front door and removed approximately $250 from a Pushka.

U.S. measles cases have surged again, and are on pace to set a record for most illnesses in 25 years.
Health officials on Monday said 555 measles cases have been confirmed so far this year, up from 465 as of a week ago.

The New York Police Department says an officer has fatally shot a man who was armed with a knife and a stick.

The Health Department today announced that it has closed a child care program in Williamsburg for repeatedly failing to provide access to medical and attendance records in violation of an Order of the Health Commissioner in response to the current measles outbreak.

A small plane crashed into the front lawn of a home on Long Island, and amazingly everyone walked away.
Officials say the crash occurred on Clarendon Drive in Valley Stream around 10:15 p.m.

Measles is a highly contagious disease that is now unfortunately prevalent in our community.

This is probably not the forum for this, but I’m going to post it here anyway.
I’m sure some of you opened up the Wall Street journal this week and saw the front page article about measles in the Orthodox Jewish population.
