Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez today announced that a 41-year-old Pennsylvania man has been arraigned on an indictment in which he is charged with first-degree attempted murder, second-degree arson and related charges for intentionally setting fire to the home of a Brooklyn rabbi.

The Levaya for Rabbi Reuven Bayuman Z”L, will be held Monday morning, at B’nai Israel Congregation, 420 Spotswood Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia. It is currently scheduled for 10:30AM, but may be delayed.

Highly credible sources have just confirmed to YWN that the body of Rav Reuven Bauman Z”L who heroically jumped into the ocean to save a student, has been found. He was located at around 1:00PM by a boat of volunteers from Misaskim of Maryland searching off the coast of North Carolina, and positively identified by authorities.
