 18-Year-Old Motorist Charged In Fatal Flatbush CrashThe 18-year-old driver that blew through a red light and caused the death of a bicyclist in Flatbush, has been charged with criminally negligent homicide.
The NYPD says that Mizra Baig, 18, of Rego Park, Queens was charged in the crash that took the life of 52-year-old bicyclist Jose Alzorriz.
