A monthslong investigation ordered up by Eastern Virginia Medical School failed to determine whether Northam is in the picture published in 1984 of a man in blackface next to someone in a Ku Klux Klan hood and robe.

A woman in a stolen recreational vehicle led authorities on a wild chase in Los Angeles on Tuesday, smashing into cars and a palm tree before finally coming to a halt with a large dog hanging out of the shattered windshield.

A police officer in New Jersey’s largest city has been indicted following a wild chase in which he repeatedly got out of his patrol car and opened fire, leaving one man dead and another wounded.

Authorities say a truck has fallen through the upper level of a parking garage in northern New Jersey.
But no injuries have been reported.
The accident happened shortly before noon Wednesday at the parking facility on Tonnelle Avenue in North Bergen.
