Dr. Kasriel (Richard) Roberts, noted baal tzedakah and philanthropist from Lakewood, NJ, has shared a thought-provoking analysis on Twitter regarding unidentified drones being observed across the U.S., suggesting the phenomenon may not be entirely terrestrial in nature.
In a series of tweets documented by Matzav.com, Dr. Roberts provided his observations, backing his theories with both military logic and his own skepticism of government transparency.
Military Awareness and Classified Knowledge
Dr. Roberts began by referencing the Aegis radar system—an advanced military technology utilized by the U.S. Navy—capable of tracking even small objects, like birds, up to 20 miles away. According to Dr. Roberts, the sophistication of this radar makes it implausible that the U.S. military is unaware of the origins or nature of the unidentified drones. He speculated that the military’s silence on the matter may be due to classified knowledge.
“There is no chance that the U.S. military doesn’t know what these drones are,” Dr. Roberts stated. “That’s how Admiral Kirby can say that there’s no danger but he can’t say what they are. He can’t say what they are because it’s classified.”
Alien UFO Theory
In his second tweet, Dr. Roberts acknowledged a controversial possibility: some of the drones might be alien in origin. He cited “a plethora of reliable evidence” from YouTube videos claiming the existence of UFOs and distanced himself from blind acceptance of government narratives.
“Please know that I have YouTube videos showing the plethora of reliable evidence that alien UFOs are real. I am not approaching this from ‘the government is always correct,’” he wrote.
Conventional Aircraft or Misinterpretation?
While Roberts entertained the alien hypothesis, he also addressed more mundane explanations. He noted that Admiral Kirby has stated that over 90% of drone reports are linked to legal, conventional aircraft. Many “drone” sightings, he explained, could simply be cargo jets or other planes, which are often misidentified by people unfamiliar with night skies.
“Many of the ‘drone’ photos look like cargo jets, or other typical aircraft, with swept wings and a fuselage,” he tweeted. “Most people don’t study the sky at night, so they’re reporting things that are typically there.”
Silent and Hovering Drones: The Anomalies
However, Dr. Roberts pointed to anomalies reported by credible sources—law enforcement, congressmen, military members, and news reporters—who describe drones that do not resemble conventional aircraft. Some are silent, while others appear to lack rotors, propulsion systems, or standard flight surfaces like wings.
“UFOs (alien) don’t make noise, don’t have any visible means of propulsion (no rotors), and don’t have flight control surfaces like wings,” he explained, highlighting the unique nature of these sightings.
Breaking Down the Evidence
Dr. Roberts concluded his Twitter analysis with a summary of the plausible scenarios based on the available data:
- Most reports involve normal aircraft.
- Some may be AI-generated images.
- The phenomenon is unlikely to be secret U.S. military testing, as the government avoids conducting such tests over civilian areas.
“Aliens Preparing to Reveal Themselves?”
In his final and most controversial point, Dr. Roberts proposed that a small percentage of these sightings may involve alien UFOs. He suggested that the extraterrestrial entities could be testing humanity’s societal reaction or preparing to reveal their presence.
“The only scenario, that I can see to fit the facts here, is that a small number of these sightings are alien UFOs who are testing for our societal reaction to, or preparing us for, revealing themselves soon,” Roberts wrote.
He further speculated that the U.S. government’s reluctance to disclose the truth stems from its knowledge of the situation. He pointed to the growing number of whistleblowers and Congressional inquiries, combined with former President Trump’s promises to reveal such secrets, as indicators of an impending disclosure.
“It makes sense to reveal themselves now since Congress is hot-on-the-case… and Trump will be in charge soon and he promises to reveal these secrets,” he added. “I don’t know if I’m correct, but I can’t think of another scenario to fit these facts.”
