At least 3 fires caused by incendiary balloons break out in Israeli agricultural areas on Gaza border.
In Israel, it was assumed that the transfer of Qatari money to Gaza would, at least temporarily, calm the terrorist organizations.
At least three fires have broken out since the morning hours in the Gaza perimeter – in the Be’eri and Shokeda forests and near Kibbutz Nahal Oz. Firefighting crews were called to the area and, together with KKL-JNF foresters, acted to extinguish the fire.

US Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism Elan Carr warned on Tuesday about antiSemitism from three different directions.
“In Europe, we have a confluence of antisemitism, from ultra-right ethnic supremacist movements to the ultra-left anti-Israel, anti-Zionist movements, to radical Islam,” he said at the general convention for the Conference of European Rabbis in Antwerp, Belgium.
“These are movements that should hate each other far more than they hate anything else,” continued Carr. “And yet they are united in this age-old sickness of humanity, antisemitism—what [US] President [Donald] Trump calls the vile poison of antisemitism.”

Torah Jews pledge allegiance to our mission statement and national raison d’être. Three times a day, we proclaim our intention “lesakein olam b’malchus Shakai,” to rectify and purify the world with Hashem’s dominion. We endeavor to bring Hashem’s light and presence into this olam, a place of “hei’aleim,” concealment and darkness.
The words of an anonymous wise man are often repeated: “When I was young, I was determined to change the world. As I grew older and more realistic, I thought that I could change my town. Now, as an old man with a white beard, I am desperately attempting to change myself.”
That is our approach to tikkun olam.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio launched his presidential campaign on Thursday, joining a crowded field of 24 Democratic contenders.
“Donald Trump must be stopped,” he said in a video announcing the launch of his campaign. “I’ve beaten him before and I’ll do it again.”
“I will take on the wealthy. I will take on the big corporations. I will not rest until this government serves working people. As mayor of the largest city in America, I’ve done just that,” he added.
