At a post-election rally in Maale HaChamisha, Shas Chairman Aryeh Deri spoke, using the opportunity to proclaim the party’s success in the election, now with eight seats. As he has done in the past, he exclaimed the pollsters haven’t a clue regarding voting reality at the polls on Election Day.

This year’s Boro Park Pesach food distribution event benefited more than 1,000 needy families equal to more than 6,500 vulnerable and insecure individuals. The Boro Park participants were supplied with Passover staple food items during the annual holiday food distribution organized by the Boro Park JCC in partnership with Met Council.

A person is fighting for his life after being struck by a vehicle in Boro Park, Wednesday afternoon.
It happened at around 5:30PM at 17 Avenue and 47 Street, when an approximately 25-year-old male riding a bicycle was struck by a truck.

A 20-year-old man was seriously injured early Wednesday morning when he fell from a rooftop on Avtalyon Street in Elad.
At about 1:30 AM Wednesday morning, emergency responders were summoned to the Avtalyon Street home, and when MDA arrived on the scene, they found the man in serious condition.
