A judge has reserved decision on a request to block a New York law that eliminated religious exemptions for student vaccines.
The request Tuesday came in the case of an Amish father who says vaccines run counter to his family’s religious beliefs.

Israeli embassies and consulates throughout the world closed on Wednesday due to a strike by diplomats and consulate employees. The strike was called following a long-lasting dispute with the Finance Ministry over funding for Israeli diplomats and envoys.

Two Hasidic men were attacked in Brooklyn on Wednesday, simply for taking a video.
According to one of the victims, the two men witnessed a man having a fight with someone, and began filming the incident while sitting in their vehicle – on Broadway near Madison Street in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn.

A Hatzolah vehicle belonging to a Hatzolah volunteer in Boro Park had his car stolen, before it crashed a few blocks later, Tuesday night.
Sources tell YWN that the vehicle was parked on 50th Street and 13th Avenue where the Hatzolah member had gone inside a home (not on a call).

A video has gone viral of a Rebbe in a Yeshiva in Monsey beating a student, who appears to be around 15 years old. The boy is seen (in the very unclear video) on the floor, and the Rebbe then screaming at him to leave the classroom.
