Communications Miniter Shomo Karhi (Likud), who landed in Saudi Arabia on Monday evening, Chol Hamoed Sukkos, to attend an international conference, davened Shacharis on Tuesday morning in the kingdom with a minyan with a Sefer Torah and arba minim.
