The Israeli government wants to see local food retailers use more packaging. Hamas will escalate hostilities along the Gaza Israel border on Friday, unless Israel allows the transfer of monthly financial aid from Qatar to the Gaza Strip and increases the electricity supply to the coastal enclave by then, a senior Hamas official told Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar on Monday.
According to the Hamas official, Hamas was once again calling on Egyptian, Qatari and U.N. mediators to pressure Israel to implement its ceasefire understandings with the terrorist organization. The matter was urgent, the official said, due to the “seething atmosphere in Gaza,” which could lead to the renewal of “independent acts” and attempts to infiltrate Israel.

Vote-sharing agreements allow for parties to use the extra votes that are not enough to receive a mandate. During the previous election in April, Yisrael Beiteinu had a sharing agreement with Naftali Bennet’s New Right Party that failed to pass the threshold to make it into the Knesset.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud Party bashed Yisrael Beiteinu leader Avigdor Lieberman for trying to topple the prime minister in the next election. However, a representative from Lieberman’s party stated that the sharing agreement is “a technical issue only.”

“The Prime Minister was able to save a great deal of expense and effort for both the United States and Denmark by being so direct. I thank her for that and look forward to rescheduling sometime in the future!” he added.

While speaking about the dispute between Israel and Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Ilhan Omar (D-MN), President Donald Trump said today that any Jewish person who votes for Democrats shows “a total lack of knowledge or great disloyalty,” the Daily Beast reports.
While speaking to reporters, Trump said he didn’t blame Israel for initially not allowing Tlaib and Omar to visit the country—saying the representatives “hate Israel and hate Jewish people” and claiming they wanted to go on a “propaganda tour against Israel.”
