An accident involving an overturned vehicle occurred on Quickway Road in Kiryas Joel on Tuesday afternoon. Emergency responders from KJ Hatzolah arrived at the scene and transported the patient, who was initially pinned inside the vehicle, to Westchester Medical Center.
