This Monday night, 9 Iyar will mark the 115 yartzeit of Rav Chaim of Liska, who was known throughout Hungary as the Tal Chaim, the title of his sefer on Torah and universally regarded as a Torah giant. 

The Tal Chaim was the successor to his father in law Rav Tzvi Hersh of Liska, referred to as the Ach Pri Tevuah and founder of the Liska dynasty.
