More than 70,000 people headed to Tel Aviv to participate in the festivities surrounding the Eurovision song contest on Shabbos and Motzei Shabbos. The Otzma Yehudit political party condemned the Chilul Shabbos surrounding the event and said that no government should be able to cause Chillul Shabbos.
