In a post on X, Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton encouraged Americans to stand up to anti-Israel, anti-American protesters currently blocking roads and bridges nationwide.
“I encourage people who get stuck behind the pro-Hamas mobs blocking traffic: take matters into your own hands to get them out of the way,” Cotton posted on X. “It’s time to put an end to this nonsense.”
The panel on MSNBC’s Morning Joe seemed shocked at Cotton’s suggestion during Tuesday’s broadcast.
Pro-Palestinian mobs flooded the Brooklyn Bridge, the Golden Gate Bridge, O’Hare Airport and more highly visible, highly-traveled locations on Monday.
From The Daily Wire:
The protests were reportedly organized by the far-left extremist group A15 Action, which called for roads to be blocked in cities around the world to show “solidarity with Palestine” as Israel eliminates Hamas terrorists inside Gaza.
“In each city, we will identify and blockade major choke points in the economy, focusing on points of production and circulation with the aim of causing the most economic impact,” the group said on its website. “There is a sense in the streets in this recent and unprecedented movement for Palestine that escalation has become necessary: there is a need to shift from symbolic actions to those that cause pain to the economy.”
The extremist group also lamented on its website that coalition forces were bombing Iranian-backed Houthi terrorists in Yemen.
