A massive search is underway in Flatbush for a missing special-needs child. Flatbush Shomrim is coordinating the search for the 12 year old child who walked out of his house just after 8:00AM. He was last seen on Kings Highway and East 10th Street walking (west) towards Ocean Parkway. Missing is Ralph Matalon. He is wearing jeans, a black tee shirt and tan color sneakers. He was not wearing a Yarmulka. The child is non-verbal but responds to his name “Ralph”. The NYPD has called for a Level 1 mobilization response.
