Two weeks into his term in office, Assemblyman Simcha Eichenstein was approached by a large number of constituents about an issue that concerns thousands of local families. In January, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan made significant changes in its reimbursement policy towards pediatricians that would affect the insurance coverage of families across Borough Park, Midwood and Kensington.
