Jewish communities in Argentina and Uruguay warily went about their business Monday after tens of millions of people were left without electricity for hours on Sunday. By Monday afternoon, power had been restored to more than 80 percent of customers, but because of the massive blackout’s extent, that still left more than 8-million people and businesses without electricity more than 24 hours after the lights went out.
