The United States called an emergency meeting of a United Nations nuclear watchdog group to discuss Iran.
U.S. Ambassador to International Organizations in Vienna Jackie Wolcott requested a special meeting of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s Board of Governors to discuss a report on Iran’s nuclear program, according to a U.S. mission statement.
“The international community must hold Iran’s regime accountable,” the statement said.
The IAEA told its 35-member nations that the meeting will be held next Wednesday, according to Reuters.
