Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu and his wife Sara hosted US Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) and his wife Gisele for a meeting at the Prime Minister’s Office in Yerushalayim on Wednesday.
The atmosphere of the meeting was warm and cordial, with the Prime Minister and his wife expressing their gratitude to Senator Fetterman and Gisele for their unwavering support of Israel since the war began.
As a gesture of appreciation, Prime Minister Netanyahu presented Senator Fetterman with a silver pager, a symbol of ‘Operation Pager,’ which had a significant impact on the course of the war in Lebanon.
The Prime Minister was deeply touched when Senator Fetterman presented him with an original 1986 newspaper article, which featured a photograph of Netanyahu at the dedication of the memorial to his late brother Yoni in Philadelphia.
