Newly released images show the dramatic arrest of a man accused of firebombing both a Tesla dealership and a Republican Party office in New Mexico, as FBI agents raided his home early Shabbos morning.
Jamison Wagner, age 40, was apprehended by members of an FBI counterterrorism unit, emerging from his residence wearing only shorts and no shirt.
Wagner, who was seen with lipstick during the arrest, is facing two federal charges of malicious damage or destruction of property. Each charge carries a potential 20-year prison sentence.
The charges stem from a February 9 attack on a Tesla showroom in Albuquerque, where Wagner allegedly set two cars on fire and defaced both vehicles and the building with swastikas and other graffiti.
