A man approximately 67-years-of-age drowned at Jerusalem Beach in Tel Aviv on Wednesday. Volunteers from United Hatzalah as well as ambulance teams from Magen David Adom responded to the emergency and performed CPR on the man.

10:55AM IL: Explosions were heard a few minutes ago as Gaza-based terrorists resumed rocket fire into Gaza border communities, Negev and Netivot areas. A short few minutes later, a second volley of rocket fire occurred to the Gaza envelope area.

After a relatively quiet night in Israel, rocket fire resumed with daybreak. Rockets were fired towards southern Israel, with sirens wailing in the Negev after a few launches during the night.

Nachman left his home in the Maalot Daphne neighborhood of Jerusalem on Wednesday, last seen in the city center during the evening hours.
