Police on Thursday morning, October 31, 2019, have turned to the public seeking assistance in locating a missing person, 13.5-year-old Nachman Sharabi of Jerusalem.
Nachman left his home in the Maalot Daphne neighborhood of Jerusalem on Wednesday, last seen in the city center during the evening hours.

Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Leon is expected to announce on Thursday a change in the name of the Har Nof neighborhood of the city.
