On Monday, the IDF announced that the Israeli Air Force carried out targeted airstrikes against Hezbollah positions in southern Lebanon. The strikes hit Hezbollah terrorists in the Houla area and a rocket launcher in Ayta ash Shab. Two Hezbollah terrorists were elimiated. Additionally, the IAF targeted military structures belonging to Hezbollah in both Ayta ash Shab and Hanine.

An Arkia flight en route from Tel Aviv to Cyprus had to turn back to Israel after the plane’s windshield cracked during the journey. The aircraft landed safely, and passengers were subsequently transferred to another plane to continue their trip.

The IDF says that a projectile was launched from Lebanon into the area of Shtula at 9:50pm. Although the sirens sounded in response, there were no reported injuries from the incident. Earlier in the day, the IAF carried out a strike on a Hezbollah launcher located in the Qabrikha region of southern Lebanon. This launcher had been used to fire projectiles toward the upper Galilee earlier in the day, according to IDF reports.

A man lost his life in an explosion that occurred while he was driving a truck on Lod Street in Tel Aviv, according to police and medics. Authorities are currently on the scene, investigating the cause of the blast. Police sources have informed Hebrew media that the incident is likely linked to criminal activity, rather than terrorism.

A soldier from the Paratroopers Brigade’s 202nd Battalion sustained serious injuries from a rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) attack in the southern Gaza Strip today, according to the IDF. The injured soldier was quickly transported to a hospital for medical care.
