Ophir Hartuv, a 28-year-old man died on Tuesday after suffering a heart attack while he was working at a gym in Tel Aviv. United Hatzalah volunteers together with Magen David Adom ambulance crews responded to the emergency and initiated CPR in an attempt to resuscitate Hartuv.
