The Boyaner Rebbe, Rav Nachum Dov Brayer, recently sent special gifts to IDF soldiers stationed on the front lines of the current war.
As per Yaki Adamker, a correspondent for Walla, these gifts included a siddur and a heartfelt letter intended for the soldiers, along with a box of chocolates for their spouses.
The opening lines of the rebbe‘s letter conveyed a message of solidarity: “To our brethren engaged in the arduous battle, courageously risking their lives in the relentless conflict against those who harbor enmity towards Yisrael and seek our destruction, and to their devoted families supporting them in the quest for salvation.”
The letter continued, emphasizing strength and resolve: “Be steadfast and valiant, for we carry with us the Divine presence, granting us the fortitude to confront these challenges.”
The rebbe expressed his deep appreciation, writing, “You are etched in our hearts and in the hearts of the entire populace of Klal Yisroel. We fervently beseech our compassionate Father to shield you from all harm. May His guardian angels accompany you wherever your mission takes you, ensuring your safe return, both in body and spirit. May your endeavors be crowned with success and devoid of suffering. And in this trying time, let us fortify our unwavering faith in the Ribono Shel Olam, the benevolent Ruler of the universe, guiding the world with kindness and compassion, the eternal protector of Yisroel who never forsakes His people. Fear not, for the nation’s hopes rest upon your triumph.”
