Sephardic Chief Rabbi Rav Yitzchok Yosef was taken to Hadassah Mount Scopus Medical Center in Yerushalayim this morning.

Rav Yosef underwent medical tests following his doctor’s recommendation after he experienced discomfort.
After Shabbos ended tonight, he was discharged from the hospital in good condition.
Despite his discharge, Rav Yosef remains weak and will not be delivering his usual Saturday night class at the Hazidim shul.
Hadassah Hospital issued the following statement: “Chief Rabbi Rav Yitzchok Yosef was brought to Hadassah Hospital this morning for tests, as advised by his doctor, after feeling unwell. After Shabbos concluded, he was sent home in good health.”
