Boruch Perlowitz is getting ready to release his newest film Desperate Measures 2 in time for Pesach this year.

After the success of Desperate Measures – Boruch’s latest film which was released almost a year ago, Boruch is already working on his next film. Star actor & singer Yosef Giniger really hit it off in the original film, and will be the main actor once again for Desperate Measures 2. Gav Hool who was the main actor in Boruch’s first major film “The Edge” will once again make an appearance in the new film as well.

Desperate Measures was made with the intention of following it up with a part 2. The film ends in the middle of the story – where Yanky is arrested after threatening the hospital staff to give his father the surgery he desperately needed, and then running from the cops.

Desperate Measures 2 will continue Yankys story following him throughout his time in prison. Actor Yosef Giniger was seen on set filming a fight scene for the prison part of the upcoming film. A prison scene like this is unprecedented in the Jewish Film industry – and looks like it will be amazing!

Yosef Ginigers song “I Need You Now” which was released along with the original film was also a great hit, and we expect another song from him in conjunction with the Desperate Measures 2 release. The song was released to rave reviews Composed & Written by Yosef’s mother the famous Malky Giniger, and produced by the famous Shloimy Salzman. Yosef comes from a family of singers and his brother sang in some songs that did really well, so no surprise the music video already has nearly 50,000 views.

Yosef was seen singing at Chupas recently and it seems he’s taking his career to be a Jewish singer as well as a star actor. Many want Yosef to release new music with his talented voice, and as one of the best actors the Jewish industry has to offer it’s no surprise he’s the main actor in Desperate Measures.
