Tuesday saw a slew of motor vehicle accidents including two fatal car accidents and one fatal train accident that left three people dead in the central part of Israel.
The first accident occurred in the morning saw a nine-year-old boy seriously injured after he was hit by a bus on Rambam Street in Hadera.
