After successfully thwarting Iran’s recent assault on Israel, the Nadvorna Rebbe of Eretz Yisroel urged his chassidim to express gratitude to Hashem for the myriad miracles witnessed by the Jewish people.
“While jubilation should fill our streets in acknowledgment of the miracles and benevolence bestowed upon us by Hakadosh Boruch Hu, let us, at the very least, offer our thanks to Him on this evening,” he told his chassidim on the leil haSeder.
“We should be dancing in the street after the failed attack,” he said.
The Rebbe encouraged them to undertake the completion of Shas over the next year as an expression of hoda’ah (thanks) for the remarkable Divine intervention.
