The two-year-old boy who is in critical condition after drowning in a pool in the community of Meitzad on Wednesday is in need of Rachmei Shomayim.
HaGaon HaRav Chaim Kanievsky Shlita was updated on the incident shortly after is occurred, and he instructed the family to add the name Refoel.
