Like every year, crowds will descend upon the sukkah of the Slabodka rosh yeshiva, Rav Dov Landau, located at 15 Rechov Harav Rav Sher in Bnei Brak, during Chol Hamoed Sukkos. To accommodate the crowds, preparations have been made to ensure the safety of those entering and exiting the home.
This year, following the petiros of Rav Chaim Kanievsky and Rav Gershon Edelstein, it is expected that more people than ever with visit Rav Landau on Chol Hamoed. Consequently, concerns have arisen regarding potential safety risks.
To prevent any dangerous situations, the sukkah of the rosh yeshiva has been expanded for the first time, and in recent weeks, engineers have devised a plan for the construction of an additional exit and the construction of a special bridge. These engineers have been working tirelessly, following the guidelines presented by professionals to ensure that the location is secure and appropriate.
The aforementioned new exit, alongside the new bridge being built on the premises, will be’ezras Hashem provide a safe passage for the vast number of visitors.
