Milwaukee’s Jewish community is filled with joy and gratitude as Rav Michel Twerski and Rebbetzin Twerski have returned home after undergoing successful surgeries in Chicago.
The beloved rov and rebbetzin, who have been away for the past two months, were warmly greeted today by members of the community eager to welcome them back.
Rav Twerski, the revered rov of the community, and Rebbetzin Twerski, known for her dedication and selflessness, both had surgeries to address spine-related health issues. While they were away for their procedures and recovery, the community’s thoughts and tefillos were with them, and their return marks a moment of great relief and happiness.
As soon as the couple’s car pulled into the street, a crowd of well-wishers gathered to celebrate the long-awaited reunion. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, and many expressed their joy at having the Twerskis back in their midst.
“We are so thrilled to have Rav and Rebbetzin Twerski back home with us,” said one member of the kehillah. “Their leadership, chochmah, and kindness have been deeply missed over the past few months. It’s such a brocha to see them return.”
