Rav and founder of Machon Maggid Harakiah in Cedarhurst, NY, Rabbi Daniel Glatstein is one of the contemporary Jewish world’s most popular speakers and respected maggidei shiur. In his unique Haggadah Shel Pesach, he treats the Haggadah text not as a series of unconnected “vertlach,” but as a living, unified document, mirroring the slavery, miracles, and ultimate liberation in its words and structure.

In this episode, Rabbi Reinman discusses emunah peshutah, simple faith, and explains why there are over a hundred mitzvos related to the Exodus from Egypt and only one related to the Giving of the Torah.
The second fundamental belief of Classical Judaism is that the Torah is the inviolate word of God, that it was given to the Jewish people at Mount Sinai after they emerged from centuries of bondage in Egypt. These events are recorded in the Torah, and we accept them as absolutely true.

At a leftist protest, innovative bochurim got creative, getting a stand-in to act as Rav Dov Landau arriving – and the protestors fell for the ruse, believing that the older rov was indeed the Slabodka rosh yeshiva.

Chief Rabbi of Israel Rav Dovid Lau touched down in Spain on Thursday, engaging in discussions with Jewish community leaders in Madrid.
Given the prevailing security concerns and apprehensions regarding potential terrorist threats targeting Jewish symbols, Rav Lau was discreetly ushered out of the airport through a side exit, bypassing passport control.
Facilitated by a local entrepreneur and esteemed community member, Sammy Ben Hemo, the visit saw Rav Lau and his entourage greeted by an armored vehicle upon arrival.
Among those present at the meeting were community rabbis and notable figures such as Rabbi Avraham Medina, a prominent local rabbi, and Carlos Malka, a distinguished business figure within the Jewish community.

The son of the Slonimer Rebbe, Rav Moshe Berezovsky, paid a visit to Slabodka rosh yeshiva Rav Moshe Hillel Hirsch in Bnei Brak.
During the meeting, Rav Berezovsky requested that Rav Hirsch call for a mass protest similar to the “March of the Million” which was held over 20 years ago.
Rav Hirsch listened to the request, but according to Kol Chai Radio, he rejected it outright, saying that such a move would only “fan the flames,” and potentially lead to elections – something which the chareidi parties do not wish to see happen right now.
During the conversation, Rav Hirsch explained, “This is not the time, and we must not bring about the breakdown of the coalition before we have exhausted every effort to pass a Draft Law by consensus.”
