New York City Mayor Eric Adams is preparing to lift requirements that children under age 5 wear face masks in school. Adams on Tuesday said that he will make masks optional for those in daycare and prekindergarten starting April 4 if case rates and the risk of the virus spreading remain low. “We want to see our babies’ faces,” Adams said. City officials said if trends continue as they have, they will lift the mandate. They said case rates were only one factor they were looking at and did not specify what thresholds of positivity rates or other metrics would cause them to reconsider. The Democratic mayor two weeks ago lifted several pandemic-related rules, including requirements in place since the start of the pandemic that students 5 and older wear masks in school.

After two Israeli citizens saved lives on Tuesday by shooting and neutralizing the terrorist who killed four people and seriously wounded two others in Be’er Sheva, they were brought to the police station for questioning, and according to regulatory procedures, their guns were taken from them to be examined by forensic experts as part of the police investigation. However, one man, who lives in the Shomron, was scared for his life to leave the police station without his weapon, especially since photos of him killing the terrorist were published online and the terrorists’ relatives may be seeking to avenge his death. When he refused to leave the police station without his gun, the policeman threatened to arrest him!

Former Attorney General Bill Barr said that he was “very disturbed” upon hearing then-candidate Joe Biden lie about his son Hunter’s laptop during the 2020 presidential election campaign. The mainstream media had long contended that the authenticity of the laptop was “unverifiable” and a product of “Russian disinformation.” However, the New York Times now says that it has verified that the laptop and its contents are indeed real and authentic. Fox News host John Roberts asked Barr where the Justice Department’s investigation into Hunter Biden could now be heading. Barr said he is limited in what he could discuss due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, but said he was “very disturbed” that Joe Biden “lied to the American people” about the laptop.

Binyamin Silverstein, a paramedic who serves on Hatzolah of South Florida, said he was shocked to find that his vehicle, packed with lifesaving supplies and equipment, was brazenly loaded up on a tow truck and driven away by thieves. Silverstein said he was on his way to his vehicle while responding to a Hatzolah call when he noticed that it was gone. Footage recorded on a Ring camera showed the paramedic what had happened to his vehicle. “It’s horrible that I can’t provide the care that I have been doing for so long because someone decided to take my vehicle,” he said. When a bochur’s tefillin were mistakenly placed in the trash, the UJO of Williamsburg stepped in and, with the help of Chaveirim, managed to retrieve it. The incident occurred on Sunday morning at the Satmar shul on Myrtle Avenue in Williamsburg, when the tefillin – which were being held in a shopping bag – were unwittingly thrown into the garbage. The UJO was contacted and in turn contacted Waste Management, where officials stepped in and isolated two loads of trash that had come in from that area of Williamsburg. A handful of Chaveirim members then went to the sanitation facility to sift through the trash in a desperate search for the lost tefillin. After approximately 2 hours, the volunteers were successful, retrieving the pair of tefillin and returning it to the grateful bochur.

It was an experience that’s impossible to explain.” “My wife didn’t understand why I was taking a small child to the levaya. I told her: ‘It’s the Gadol HaDor, the Sar HaTorah. I view all the avreichim hatziddikim here around us as indispensable.
