Mekubal Rav Chaim Cohen-Farhiya known as the (The Chalban) Milkman passed away after being recently hospitalized in Tel Hashomer Hospital. Rabbi Cohen was brought to the hospital in serious condition while he was intubated and sedated after having suffered severe medical complications.
