Thousands of people on Monday afternoon attended the levaya of Hillel and Yigal Yaniv, h’yd, who were murdered in a terror attack on Sunday. The levaya took place at the Mount Herzl military cemetery in Jerusalem. Some of those who attended were Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, Finance Minister Betzalel Smotrich, Construction Minister Yitzchak Goldknopf, and MK Simcha Rothman. Among those who were maspid were Chief Rabbi Rav Dovid Lau, Rishon L’Tzion Rav Shlomo Amar, the Rav of the Har Bracha yishuv, Rav Eliezer Melamed, the head of the Shomron Regional Council Yossi Dagan, Smotrich, and the grandfathers from both sides.
