The Yerushalayim District Court has granted a temporary order permitting the confiscation of 50 million shekels from Palestinian Authority accounts, to be allocated to Rabbi Leo Dee. Rabbi Dee lost his wife, Lucy, and daughters, Maia and Rina, in a deadly terror attack two years ago.
In October, Rabbi Dee filed a lawsuit against both the Palestinian Authority and the Hamas organization, holding them responsible for the tragic murders of his family.
“I call on all the other terror victims in Israel to do the same and to seize the PA’s funds that go to pay the salaries of terrorists. Together, we could take the enemy’s assets,” Rabbi Dee stated.

The Aleph Institute’s education initiative, Project 432, recently delivered its Compass Workshop to 150 students at Yeshiva Darchei Torah. The workshop is a groundbreaking initiative designed to teach teenagers and young adults the principles of financial integrity through the lens of Torah and halacha. Since its inception two years ago, the workshop has reached over 2,560 students at 58 high schools and yeshivas in North America and Israel. As part of efforts to equip their talmidim with the tools to lead a life of yashrus, the yeshiva partnered with Project 432 to guide students in navigating financial challenges through Torah-based principles.

MK Ahmad Tibi (Ta’al) stirred controversy in the Knesset after a photo emerged showing him using official Knesset utensils, which are reserved for kosher use, to eat non-kosher food during a pre-dawn Ramadan meal. In his defense, Tibi quoted the Shulchan Aruch to justify his actions.
Amid the backlash, Tibi shared a pointedly sarcastic social media post referencing halachic rulings. “When the food was cold – it does not cause the utensil to be prohibited,” he wrote. The Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah met last Thursday to discuss the issue of voting in the ongoing World Zionist Organization elections.
