The Young Deer kindergarten in the Gaza Strip held a graduation ceremony last week featuring a glorious future for its preschoolers. According to the skits performed by the children, translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), the preschoolers will soon live in a world in which “their land” has been regained with machine guns. “The last Israeli soldier will surrender” and the “Palestinian land” from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea will be liberated. A major Republican donor who previously threw his financial weight behind Donald Trump now says that the former president should drop out of the race. “Number one, Donald Trump can only serve one term,” mega-donor Hal Lambert told Fox News. “He’ll effectively be a lame duck almost on day one if he were to win. But I don’t think he can win the general. That’s the number two reason. I don’t think he can win the general. There’s states that matter and we all know what those are. It’s gonna be things like Nevada and Arizona and Virginia, Wisconsin. I don’t see Trump winning any of those states. And we can’t win if we don’t win those states.” Saying it’s “time to move on from Trump,” Lambert said he is now supporting Ron DeSantis.

The Chareidi boycott against Angel Bakery, which began about three weeks ago after leftists protested outside the home of HaGaon HaRav Gershon Edelstein, is still going strong, but the company has yet to issue a response to the matter. There have been various reports that the company actually makes most of its money through real estate so has not been significantly affected by the boycotts. However, these rumors are reportedly being disseminated by Angel itself in an attempt to end the protest. Additionally, Angel tried to fool Chareidi customers by selling bread produced in a subsidiary bakery in unmarked boxes and selling challos at significantly slashed prices, also in unmarked boxes. Both attempts were unsuccessful.

IDF soldiers and Border Guard officers operated in the village of Ni’lin overnight Monday and demolished the home of the terrorist who carried out the shooting attack on Dizengoff Street in Tel Aviv in March 2023, injuring three Israelis, one of whom died 11 days later. Palestinian media reported that the mosques in the village broadcast messages to the local Arabs on their loudspeakers urging them to gather at the terrorist’s home and thwart the IDF from demolishing it. Arabs began engaging in violent riots at the site throwing explosives and stones at the Israeli security forces, who returned fire, wounding at least four Palestinians. The IDF also evacuated the families living in neighboring homes and posted snipers on the roofs to protect the security forces during the demolition.
